I didn't realize I was using a riser cable for my GPU. My setup is the Hyte Y70. Setting the PCIe gen3 on the riser might help resolve the problem.

I've been working through several attempts to resolve the issue, and I'm now using a temporary solution by testing the system on an open-air test bench. It appears to be running more stably, with the black screen occurring less often compared to before. The temperatures are still within normal ranges for both the GPU and CPU.
