PC fails to upload after adding a Wi-Fi card into the PCI-E port
It worked perfectly. I didn’t realize it was outdated; I was just searching for a Wi-Fi card since my internet was unstable. Upgrading from a Wi-Fi adapter to a PCI Wi-Fi card seemed like a better solution. On eBay, the seller removed the listing for an unclear reason—it looked a bit odd—but it seems unlikely that the card could have harmed my computer. I own an Asus H170 Pro Gaming with an i7-6700K CPU.
I believe you misread what I wrote. Your computer stopped working after installing something, and even after removing it, it still doesn’t function properly. It powers on but won’t display anything. Everything seems to be as described. I’m unsure what caused the issue or what might have damaged it. The only option left is replacing the motherboard.
Attempted setup without graphics card. No results. Checking PSU voltage output but unsure expected value. 24-pin ports aren't working either. WiFi adapter with blue light plugged in failed. Likely USB ports need minimal power, so insufficient power for both USB and PSU could mean they're faulty. Probably best to replace the motherboard and PSU if needed. PSUs usually have safeguards against issues like shortages or overheating. You have a Corsair CX650M.
