Refer to the motherboard manual you shared for proper steps. Make sure to discharge the pins correctly.

I did as you said, still no post. I will correct myself: it seems that connected USB devices (keyboard) do work, however the GPU does not spin when the Ryzen 5 is installed. It works with the Ryzen 3.

Your power supply unit is what I'm using. Please share your complete specifications for reference. Regarding the graphics card, I’m not sure enough from your request—could you clarify which one you're referring to?

You need a different power supply... your current one is only 200W, which is significantly under the suggested capacity for your graphics card.

It functions well with the Ryzen 3. Both models cap at 65W, so I don’t feel the need for an upgrade.

They combined the existing CPU with the new GPU. The previous CPU performed adequately alongside the upgraded GPU.

I once had a GPU for some time. I paired it with a Ryzen 3 3200G and it functioned properly. After switching to CPUs, the GPU stopped working with the Ryzen 5.

I reached out to the store about getting a new CPU. If it resolves my issue, I’ll update this post for anyone facing a similar situation.

Yes, a CPU can still fail even if all its pins are in place. Sometimes issues arise from other factors beyond just the physical connections.
