Pc fails to start unless I replace the RAM, need VGA postcode if not
Hey there! I went on vacation for two weeks and everything seemed normal before I left. When I returned, my PC wouldn’t boot at all. After some troubleshooting, it would start after I reinserted the RAM. I played games for a few hours and then turned it off. The next morning it wouldn’t boot again, but after reseating the RAM it worked fine. This happened twice more over the last two days. When it fails to boot, a VGA error appears and oddly enough I can hear the Windows 11 startup sound. It’s a bit confusing—could be a boot error or maybe a firmware issue. I’m guessing it might switch to integrated graphics. My motherboard and CPU are about a month old, while the rest of the system is around 3-4 years old. Got any ideas?
