Hello, this is my initial post here and I'm really worried:
I assembled this PC six months ago without any problems, but today after cleaning it, I tried to boot it again and received motherboard beeps: one long, three short, followed by a pause, then another short. I reconnected various cables and reinserted the GPU and RAM.
After another reboot, it now gives a single short beep, then a long pause, and another short beep. I still can't get it to boot. I've tried everything and don't know what else to do.
Could anyone help identify the problem and suggest a solution?

Here are my specifications:
Motherboard: ASUS Prime B550 M-A WiFi
CPU: Ryzen 5600x
GPU: GeForce GTX 1650
SSD: Samsung NVMe 980 1 TB
PSU: ASUS Prime 750W 80+ gold
RAM: XPG Spectrix D50 DDR4 RGB Memory

I'm feeling quite desperate, so any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

According to Asus speaker beep definitions, this indicates your GPU (or monitor) is nonfunctional;
Asus debug list: https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1029959/
A single short beep means the system starts up normally, but if the monitor or GPU is faulty, no image appears.
Consider using a different output port or a new display cable (HDMI or DP) to test.
