PC fails to start – screen off, fans running, no indicator lights (All attempts checked)
The worst part is that I've already had two others examine it. One has a technical background in computers, and another is someone who has built machines themselves. They told me I'm cursed and needed to return everything quickly... So I cut a few dollars off my paycheck, and already fed my friend for the 12 hours he spent on it. I really don't know what to do next.
The main issue is I really wish I had someone nearby with an AM5 motherboard to test the CPU I’ve been using. Most of my friends only have Intel mobos, which isn’t ideal. I haven’t tried anything else besides checking the newly purchased CPU myself to see if I’ve been unlucky. I’m hoping this becomes an interesting project, and I’ll keep updating it unless I end up losing my items.
I'm with your friend on this—get your money back if possible. Purchase a ready-made item from a nearby independent store.
Yea. Im givining one last shot today, with a new fresh mind. If i get same problems, im going to return it all in. And hope to get most of my money back.
Yesterday I went with the advice from several people and ended up giving it back all over again. I believe I'm just dealing with a lot of this.
