Pc fails to start or send messages
I was playing gow ragnarok yesterday without any problems, but today I can’t even start the PC or post. I cleared the CMOS and took out the battery, yet everything remained unchanged. The PC lights are on, but there’s no display or keyboard, and the mouse lights are also off. The VGA LED is visible on the motherboard, and all fans are spinning normally.
I’ve tried removing every component one by one to check for improvements. It turns out that taking out the GPU completely fixes the issue—keyboard and mouse lights work fine. I also swapped my GPU with another case, but it still doesn’t work, whether on my original GPU or in the new case.
What’s going wrong with my PC?

I have tried replacing the GPU with another case, but it still doesn’t work. My original GPU is also on a different case.
