Hi. I attempted to start my PC today and encountered an issue.
PC:
HP Omen 25L
OS: Windows 11
The system is running on HP's proprietary "Hana Motherboard". I checked if the graphics card was causing the problem, but the motherboard lacks HDMI support.
The computer remains stable as long as I'm in the BIOS, but it freezes once I try to boot normally.
I've tried several steps:
- Removed and reinserted the CMOS battery
- Disconnected all unnecessary cables
- Removed HDDs
- Replaced the SSD
- Tested with and without secure boot
- Used USB media during booting
- Entered the BitLocker key (it prompted me)
- Tried forcing into safe mode (failed)
- Ran the PC using just the SSD
- Swapped RAM modules one by one
- Used a different SSD (couldn't detect it)
- Disconnected all cables and power, then left it idle
- Performed a quick component scan via BIOS (no errors)
- Removed the SSD and booted only through USB (using Windows Installer)
- Ran HP Omen's BIOS Recovery (also freezes during boot)
- Conducted a BIOS diagnostic test (no issues found)
- Performed a hard reset
Despite these efforts, I still can't get it to function properly and don't understand why. I'm at a point where I don't know what to do.

I checked the specifications and will revise this entry.
UPDATE #1:
Unfortunately, HP has significantly declined in terms of diagnostic LEDs and related indicators for their devices recently. This was confirmed by reviewing the service manual for your machine, which doesn’t list any unusual signs.

1) You tried booting into Safe Mode but it didn’t succeed. Did it reach a certain stage before getting stuck?
2) You mentioned that the computer doesn’t freeze while in BIOS, but freezes occur once you attempt to boot again. Could you clarify what happens after exiting BIOS? Being able to provide specifics would help diagnose the issue.
3) Removing and reinserting the CMOS may have reset the boot order, potentially affecting USB boot functionality if it was altered before.
4) In the last time it worked properly, did it power off completely?
5) What actions were taken on the machine when it operated normally? Were there any unusual observations?
6) Have there been any recent modifications to the PC, software updates, or antivirus installations?
7) After disconnecting all non-essential cables, did you leave only the keyboard, mouse, monitor, and power connections unplugged? Including even the internet cable.

From what we can gather so far, providing more details will aid in understanding the situation better.

Hey again.
1 + 2: It opens to the windows logo/loading when booting and then freezes completely.
3. Tried changing the boot order after resetting the CMOS.
4. Just a normal shutdown.
5. Nothing unusual, just played some games and turned it off; the next day it happened again.
6. No updates as far as I remember.
7. Yes, I unplugged everything I tried except the monitor.
I took it to a "PC specialist shop" because I had an important tournament coming up. They said the CPU is dead, which matches what I was experiencing. A friend suggested it might be a dead CMOS battery, but the shop staff disagreed. I haven't picked it up yet, but I hope they're right and I just need to replace the CPU.
