PC fails to start into Windows following a system update?
My wife performed a Windows update on her PC, (Update and shut down), but after that she restarted and the system wouldn't boot into Windows anymore. When attempting to fix the current Windows installation, it reported it couldn't detect Windows. I tried reverting the updated version, which successfully rolled back the quality update, but it wouldn't let me roll back the features update.
I then attempted a clean install of Windows 11 using the USB stick with the Windows media. It told me my PC didn't meet the required specifications, although I've been using it for about a year. I reset the CMOS and tried additional steps, but nothing worked.
I have a new SSD in stock, so before attempting a fresh Windows installation, I thought it would be wise to seek some advice from you. I'm guessing the issue might be with the Windows or the SSD, not the motherboard.

Verify the presence of the Windows boot manager in the BIOS boot sequence and assign it as the first boot device. Assess whether TPM security is activated. Determine if UEFI is configured. Adjust the secure boot settings accordingly, either enabling or disabling it. Perform the necessary updates to the BIOS.
