Your friends' PC is having trouble reaching the BIOS. It boots into Windows 11 but can't access the BIOS menu by pressing the standard function or delete keys, unplugging the boot drive, or using Windows. The Asus logo also doesn't appear during startup. You might need to try different power settings, reset the BIOS via USB, or consult the manufacturer's support for further help.

He may attempt to reach the BIOS by opening Windows directly, navigating to the Start menu and selecting Settings. There, choose Update - Recovery - Advanced Startup - Restart Now, then restart once it begins. Proceed to advanced settings and select UEFI Firmware Settings. This should initiate a reboot followed by entering the BIOS interface.

Turning off Fastboot can delay a moment before you reach your BIOS settings. It’s actually pointless, so leaving it off won’t cause any problems.
