We experienced a power outage and my brand new PC, which had been assembled for a week, is now non-functional. The power supply works, fans and RGB are operational, but the devices aren’t receiving power. No signal appears on the monitor or the keyboard’s RGB, indicating a lack of energy.

What I attempted:
- Disconnected all unnecessary cables and tried to boot.
- Unplugged the power adapter and pressed the boot button, waiting briefly.
- Cleared CMOS by removing the BIOS battery for some time.
- Updated BIOS using the flashback feature.
- Removed the dual RAM slots and used only one.
I searched online for solutions but couldn’t resolve the issue. I’m reaching out for assistance now.

Specs:
RTX 4070 Ti
32gb RAM at 6200 MHz
AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
Asus Prime B650M-A Wi-Fi II

Check if your fans are connected straight to the motherboard or via a separate controller. Also, see if the motherboard displays any activity such as RGB or the flea power light.
