I have just installed some PC upgrades such as a Ryzen 5 1600 with 16GB DDR4 3200Mhz TridentZ RGB and an Asus Rog Strix B350-F Gaming Motherboard. I recently attempted to increase the memory speed to 2666Mhz, thinking it might reach the maximum supported by the Ryzen, but even at 2400Mhz it still doesn’t boot properly, only restarting before entering safe mode. What options do I have to improve the memory speed?

Check that you possess the most recent BIOS. After that, attempt the DOCP configuration instead of making manual adjustments.

Make sure you have the most recent BIOS installed. Then attempt the DOCP option instead of adjusting it manually. After enabling DOCP, the only available setting was 3200, so changing it didn't resolve the issue and the system still won't boot.
