Hello, welcome to PC gaming! You have a Ryzen 9 5900X with DDR4 4000 MHz Trident Z Royal RAM, but you're having trouble booting at 4000 MHz. It seems your system only boots up to 3800 MHz. Is the FCLK performance at 2000MHz reliable? Few Ryzen processors support this frequency, making it unpredictable for high-speed builds.

Welcome to the forum. Noted you’re dealing with a new poster period/fulstop aversion—please use those. Likely the issue stems from some Zen3 CPUs not supporting 2000MHz FLCC.

I saw a suggestion to set the value at 2000, but I still couldn’t get it to function.

Consider using FCLK at 2000MHz while leaving the RAM speeds unchanged. Set the RAM to low clocks to confirm the issue is with the FCLK. If it doesn't function at 2000MHz, avoid running RAM at 4000MHz. Instead, use 1900MHz FCLK and 3800MHz RAM.

It varies from person to person. Those who can aren't using stock settings at all—definitely not even close. Still, it's not the end of the world.
