Hello everyone, just a quick question, just built a new system for my gf, real beginner type of stuff.
MBD: Asus B650 plus wifi,
CPU: Ryzen 5 7600
RAM: Corsair DDR5 18GB
What's been nagging at me once I finished building it is that the pc seems to boot fine, CPU lights up red then turns off and goes fine, VGA lights up then goes off, and lastly BOOT turns green and it displays the logos and everything.
But at some point the display just stops entirely, now mind you I'm buying her a new monitor cuz she was using an old TV which was struggling to show even the bios menu all with green particles everywhere.
Could it be something else or just the display pooping out on her?

When employing an older television, the computer might run smoothly, yet fail to show the intended resolution. It's advisable to verify this by using another screen.
