A BIOS update might occur with an AMD 5000 series CPU. There should be a debug LED or display on the motherboard indicating the issue. Only by knowing your specific motherboard and CPU can we determine the exact problem.

Asus Prime x470 Pro is equipped with a Ryzen 3700X and RTX 2060 graphics, running Windows 10 version 10. It appears to be inactive when I press the power button. I suspect there might be a faulty PSU or a damaged motherboard, though both could function normally. After turning it off, it sometimes fails to start again, making it difficult to identify the exact issue. Occasionally it powers up, but its performance is inconsistent and unpredictable.
