Last night I assembled a PC and everything functioned smoothly. Now it fails to power on. I attempted to re-seat the RAM, CMOS, GPU, and changed the front panel connectors, CPU cable, and 24-pin PSU connector. The system is running on the Asrock B660M Pro Rs board with an Intel i3 12100F, AMD RX 6600 8GB, 24GB DDR4 RAM, and a Thermaltake 600w 12v 80 Plus PSU.

I want to clarify what you mean by "doesn't turn on." Are you asking if there is any activity when you press the power button? Or if some components like fans or lights work but nothing appears on the screen? Or is there a "no signal" message with power indicators for fans and other parts? Or do you think everything functions normally but the system won't boot into Windows? And what is the actual model of your "Thermaltake 600w" power supply and how long has it been used?
