I constructed a new system in October. Here are the details: ASRock x670e pro rs Ryzen 9 7900X Corsair VENGEANCE DDR5 RAM 64GB (2x32GB) 6000MHz CL40 Corsair RM1000e GTX 1080ti (my previous card, I plan to upgrade eventually). I’m facing a problem whenever I turn on the PC or restart. When I press the power button, everything inside the case illuminates and the fans begin spinning, but the CPU and RAM indicators stay lit and remain active. There’s no power reaching the peripherals and no output from the screen. This condition persists even after waiting 30 minutes or more. The only solution that works is performing a power cycle (shutting down by turning off the PSU and holding the power button for about 30 to 40 seconds). Once I reconnect the PSU, the same issue resurfaces. However, after doing so, if I shut down again by pressing the power button and then restart, everything functions normally—RAM is recognized, CPU performs well under stress, and no crashes occur. This workaround helps most of the time, though sometimes it takes 30 minutes or longer before it resolves. I’ve tried various steps: clearing CMOS, updating BIOS, reconnecting cables, re-seating the CPU (several times), re-seating RAM (multiple times), and toggling XMP settings. You have any suggestions? If needed, I’m considering an RMA for the motherboard or PSU because I rely on this machine daily for work and university. Edited April 12, 2024 by Joe4Lama Added info from your reply

I usually wait a few moments but nothing occurs. I also attempted fast boot on and off, yet it doesn’t help.

Maybe there are some issues with the DCP.

It can also occur when XMP is turned off.
