I’m not sure what else I can try. I’ve tested each RAM stick separately, replaced the CPU, reset everything and turned it back on—still nothing. The fans aren’t even spinning for a second when I power it up.
CPU: 7800x3d
Cooler: Noctua nh-d15
GPU: 5700 XT
Motherboard: ASRock X670e Steel Legend
RAM: 2x16 Trident Z5 Neo DDR5 at 6000mhz CL30
Power Supply: Corsair CX750 80+Bronze (non-modular, 2015/2016 model) – only one 8-pin CPU connector, but motherboard has two 8-pin slots. From what I’ve heard, it shouldn’t be an issue if I don’t push the overclocking too much.
Storage: 2x 2TB 970 EVO Plus, 1TB 970 EVO Plus

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! Your RAM should fit in slots A2 and B2. Start with one stick in slot A2. Avoid using storage drives. Reduce pressure on the cooler mount on the CPU. Consider skipping the discrete GPU.

Psu: corsair cx750 80+bronze non-modular from 2015/2016. It only has one 8-pin CPU connector, while the motherboard has two 8-pin connectors. From what I've seen others say, it shouldn't be an issue if you don't push overclocking much.

I would have bought a better PSU for your build. You've already spent around 1000USD, so spending another 100USD would be wise to protect your investment.

Check the CPU socket for any bent or broken pins.

I've tested everything the no-gpu setup has offered, yet nothing worked. I'm planning to install a 1000W PSU and a 4090 but I was expecting this by December.
