Pressing the power button triggers the EZ debug LED to switch from CPU to VGA, but it remains stuck on VGA longer than usual. After finally booting, the system enters a loop, repeatedly displaying all LEDs while fans continue running. The BIOS loads first, then the motherboard keeps restarting until the BIOS is reached. You've already replaced the motherboard, used a different power supply, and tested with separate RAM sticks and GPUs. Your specs include an R5 3600x 2x8GB G.Skill Ripjaws 5 CPU, an older Gigabyte B550 AORUS Pro AC motherboard, a new MSI B550 Pro VDHI Wi-Fi PSU, and a newer EVGA EGP-3070 with RTX 3070.

It worked fine with the previous components, but after installing the 3070 I replaced my GPU and it wouldn’t power up. When I went back to the old one it still wouldn’t turn on. It only started functioning properly once I installed the new graphics card.
