Hi everyone.
Appreciate any assistance you can offer beforehand.
This is the most unusual issue I've encountered. I went through all the troubleshooting steps in the thread. It began when my monitor failed to detect any input from my system.
I tested with another computer and the monitor worked properly. However, the system wouldn't start at all.
I removed each RAM stick one by one without success. I also tried running the machine without the graphics card, but that didn't help.
Then I installed an older processor onto the motherboard, but it still didn't work. I removed the battery from the motherboard several times without resolving anything.
Next, I used an older motherboard and paired it with the original processor and the older one—still no improvement.
I also tried connecting all SATA cables to various ports in different configurations.
Lastly, I attempted to boot from a Windows 10 USB drive, but nothing happened. It feels like a brand new PC, with a different motherboard, processor, and graphics card, yet the hard drive is trying to reboot using a Windows disc (though I can't access the BIOS to change that).
The only thing I can't modify is the power supply, which is only six months old and I don’t have a spare. Still, it keeps having the same problem.
My only clue is that on the backup motherboard, the boot LED appears solid but won't start.

Just an update for anyone who comes across this later.
The problem involved a faulty SSD hard drive that the PC attempted to boot from. Even after disconnecting the drive and having a Windows disc available, the system continued trying to access the broken SSD (probably because it was still connected to the SATA port).
The issue was resolved by removing all hard drives, then performing a full reset of the motherboard using the CMOS battery and booting from a USB drive.
After installing Windows, the SSD was inserted and displayed as corrupted.
