I don’t understand what’s happening. I added a few new fans, but the PC won’t start. The motherboard light turns on but there are no LED errors, no fans spinning, and no Q codes displayed. If I keep the BIOS flashback button pressed, it boots into Windows, connects to the internet, and everything works. I’ve updated and reset the BIOS, and also reset the CMOS. I also tried re-seating the CPU. What should I do? The start button doesn’t respond. Motherboard model: ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-E GAMING WIFI 6E Socket AM5 (LGA 1718). CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X. RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z5 RGB Series, 32GB (2 x 16GB), DDR5 6000, 48000Hz.
