Yes, the diagram shows the A320M DGS is identical to yours.

The solution didn’t function properly even when applied to the correct pins.

I realized ASRock offers two motherboard models under the same A320 manual. I updated the entry with the accurate board, though the pin configuration remains unchanged. From your image, the required connections for the power button are in the top-right section of this array.

Thanks for your patience. I’m still working through this and won’t close the thread until I’m sure I can finish the bios.

Turn it off by following the instructions in the manual. If you're stuck, check the power settings or reset it.

I pressed the power button thinking it was in BIOS, but the jumpers aren’t working anymore. The mouse flashes briefly then stops, and there’s no fan noise—did I damage it? I’m using the old CPU, so it’s okay if that’s the issue, but I still need to update the BIOS.

I simply turned it off, connected the jumpers to release the power, and it restarted, though I’m still unable to see anything on the screen.

Check if your cable connects to the motherboard or the video card. Determine which CPU you're running. The 3700X lacks built-in graphics, so your monitor needs to link to the video card's output.

I’m running the Ryzen 3 for video output to generate the BIOS, and the display cable is connected to the GPU which is powered on (white LED is active).
