Just verified everything looks fine—pins are in good shape, orientation correct. The CPU light on the motherboard stays the same and the beeps remain unchanged. I plan to try flashing the BIOS to see if that resolves the issue. If you have any other ideas, let me know so we can explore further options.

I was exhausted and chose a tech shop I trust. Spent an entire day, but they confirmed both the CPU and motherboard are dead—probably from a spark. I think I need to be more cautious and handle static better. Thanks for the advice and troubleshooting tips. It seems it's time to upgrade. Now I'm stuck deciding between AMD or Intel. Edit: marking this as the answer even though the only real fix was replacing everything. Edited January 11, 2023 by KingUnicorn
