Hello,
Recent issues have occurred with two brief power interruptions lasting about a second each. Following the second outage, the computer fails to show anything on the screen or activate the keyboard RGB display. The PC powers up and spins its fans, the GPU displays its RGB, but the fans briefly engage before stopping. The motherboard does not present any error codes.

I own a prebuilt PC purchased in December 2021. It features a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, an ID-Cooling Se-224-XT cooler, MSI B450M PRO-VDH MAX motherboard, Kingston Fury DDR4 32GB RAM (four sticks), a 500GB NV1 M.2 SSD at 80% capacity, a Gigabyte RTX 3060 GPU with 12GB VRAM, and an Aero white 600W PSU bought in December 2021. The operating system is Windows 11, with a Samsung Odyssey 3 LS24AG300 monitor and a wired internet connection.

Peripherals include a Redragon Mitra keyboard, Corsair Katar Pro mouse, and Logitech G PRO X headphones. I attempted to re-seat the RAM, performed a cold boot, and removed the CMOS battery.

I own an MSI B450M Pro-VDH Max with a Ryzen 5 3600 processor, RTX 3060 graphics card, 32 GB of RAM. When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's standard to provide complete system specifications. Please list your build details as follows:

CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:

Please include the age of the PSU along with its make and model. Regarding your motherboard, if the BIOS was affected by a power failure, you may need a CH341A BIOS programming toolkit to re-flash the BIOS and check if it restores the board or platform. Currently, your motherboard does not have MSI's BIOS FlashBack feature... which is why this note was made earlier.

My idea is the PSU...
Do you have the ability to replace it with a different functioning PSU?
It should be 600 Watts or higher?
Please use only the cables that came with the new PSU.
Other suggestions might be helpful.

The power supply unit included with the PC was unfortunately not available for testing. However, if you believe this could be the issue, I can obtain another one to try. But if the PSU itself is faulty, then why is the computer starting and remaining active?

PSUs deliver three distinct voltage levels (3.3V, 5V, and 12V) to different parts of the host system.
Issues or malfunctions with any of these voltages can cause certain components to operate while the overall system fails.
FYI:

You can search online for more details and related resources.
Take some extra time to research before buying a PSU.
PSU's are essential parts of the system.
