I don’t have deep experience with DiskPart, though I understand using it to prepare a disk for Windows installation. I’m also familiar with resizing partitions, but that’s about adjusting space rather than cleaning the drive.

I've faced a comparable problem on Windows 10 years ago with a laptop. The reserved partition was too limited. The system repeatedly attempted updates before reverting. I resized it without success. A complete reinstall resolved the matter. From what I remember, the original version used 300 MB, while the updated one required 500 MB.
