So I'm helping my brother build a better PC and we are having an issue. The parts are as follows 5700x Amd CPU Asus Strix Rog Gaming F Wifi II board Corsair vengeance Ram 6900xt GPU So the issue I am having is that if you restart the PC you have no keyboard and then you have to clear the CMOS it will let you go into the BIOS and the keyboard works and then I can save the settings and it will let me go into Windows. But every single time you restart the PC or just start the PC, it will no keyboard to you and you have to reset the CMOS, I mean it's fine if you just leave the PC on, but who has that kind of money to waste on a power bill.. any ideas of how to fix it? If you're going to suggest updating to the latest bios, been there done that got the T-shirt. It did this before and after. I have updated the BIOS to the latest version from asus's website. I was thinking about downgrading the BIOS version but I do not see how that would help

That was my initial reaction. My brother uses a wired keyboard, while I have a wireless one with a dongle, but the wireless setup didn't function either.

It’s a scene in the bios that must be altered to prevent the issue. I’m unsure which setting is responsible since the latest bios should have resolved these problems. All equipment operates normally once you exit the BIOS and return to Windows.
