Hi, after completing my build I'm facing some issues with my PC. When I shut it off properly from Windows, I can't restart it again—pressing the power button doesn't work. It only turns back on if I unplug it completely and wait a few minutes. I'm unsure what might be causing this. I've heard it could relate to the PSU or mainboard. I also tried putting a CMOS battery in while the PC was running, but the board had a small silver component that got damaged, leaving a burn mark. For the PSU, it seems to function normally except for this problem, and gaming without crashes. Thanks! https://imgur.com/a/f7LMe8Y
