Hey everyone! To sum it up quickly, I assisted my brother with his PC upgrade. He was running an R5 3600 and GTX 1660, which was the main change. When I first powered it on, his temperatures were higher than expected, making me think the cooler might be misaligned (NH-L9A). After repositioning it correctly, he still couldn’t boot. After some testing, I discovered that using a single RAM stick resolves the issue—both sticks fit in the same slot, but stacking them doesn’t work. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I’ve tried reseating RAM, updating CMOS, reinstalling CPU and GPU, and even swapping the motherboard (B450i AORUS WIFI). Let me know your thoughts!
When the mobile is within the return window, send it back and purchase a new one. If not, contact Gigabyte's support and request an RMA.
