PC fails to power on via BIOS?
I just assembled a computer and turned it on, but everything lights up and the fans spin. When I attempt to access the BIOS for the first time, it displays a black screen with "Entering Setup..." instead of any progress. Assistance would be very much welcome. I've already tried removing the RAM and booting in another way, but it didn't work.
You need to allow time for memory training when the issue appears; it’s not as slow as with DDR4.
If that doesn’t work, remove the CMOS battery for a minute during shutdown and then reinsert it to reset the BIOS.
Update your BIOS to the newest version using Gigabytes Q Flash.

Using a type 2.0 with at least 8gb or 16gb USB pen drive
I'd just give it a bit of time and it should work like the first comment says. If you're still having trouble after a while (just leave it for an hour, though I doubt it takes that long), try resetting the CMOS (unplug battery + use jumper or reset button if available) and check for a BIOS update (the B850 probably doesn't need one, but it's safe).
It might require a single Corsair memory, but at least one is needed on the B650. The B850 could benefit from another advantage of the BIOS update, which often improves compatibility with certain RAM types.
I gave it a good chance by waiting all night, but the flashing BIOS update didn't fix it. What other options should I consider?
