Hey there, I see you're dealing with a tricky setup. Let's try to figure this out together. The BIOS update didn't work after shutdown, and now your display is completely gone—even the mouse and keyboard aren't showing anything. You mentioned trying CMOS reset, replacing the battery, flashing the BIOS, and reseating RAM. That’s a solid approach.

Maybe check if the power supply is stable and all cables are securely connected. Also, ensure your monitor is properly seated and not damaged. If you're still having issues after those steps, there might be a hardware problem. Let me know what you find next!

Extract the power cable and disconnect the CMOS battery. Press and maintain the power switch. Swap the battery and cable, then attempt to boot the PC.

Consider re-flashing the BIOS via the IO display. Check for a button there. If unavailable, revert to basic CPU cooler, install one stick of RAM, enable graphics support, and attempt a boot.

If all else fails, simply reset the BIOS with a BIOS flash and return to the previous stable version.

BIOS Flash also failed with QFlash+, there was no display or power to USB as before. The USB drive was formatted to FAT32, the file was renamed to .bin, and the update proceeded with flashing lights on the port, yet everything remained unchanged.

I installed it about a year ago, and everything functioned just fine. Not sure if the battery is the issue, and prices here in Germany are really high.
