You can test the battery without a multimeter by checking its appearance and smell. A healthy battery will look shiny and have a mild odor. If it looks dull or smells off, it might be weak or dead.

No equipment available for technical work. Bring the device to a repair shop for inspection. Our family's approach is straightforward—learn how to handle issues and resolve them on your own.

Hey everyone, I recently got a new PSU and installed it. It functioned properly for about 12 hours before restarting again. After shutting down shortly after Windows booted up, I’m unsure what’s going on. Could it be related to my five internal drives and three external ones? Or maybe there’s a corrupted Windows system? Or perhaps the motherboard is the issue?

I ran several tests and opened the BIOS for an extended period (possibly 5 minutes). That ruled out a corrupted Windows scenario. Next, I noticed not all RAM modules were present (refer to the attached photo), while it was supposed to have 64GB of RAM. I suspected one or more sticks might be faulty. Then I checked one by one, and the same issue continues to occur.
