Hello everyone!
My PC isn't booting even though all fans are working properly
The only solution to get it running is to power off the machine for over 30 seconds or reset the RAM and clear CMOS
I've tried various CPUs, RAM, power supplies and graphics cards but the issue persists
Here are my system details:
AMD Ryzen 5 5600x
ASRock B550M Steel Legend
2x8 GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3600MHz DDR4
Asus ROG Strix Radeon RX 580 8 GB GDDR5
Corsair CX750 80+ Bronze PSU
The BIOS version is 3.40. There are pending updates; consider if updating helps. I’m not sure about the grounding problem, so I can’t confirm.
Do you experience a tingling feeling when touching the metal part of your case and bare feet touch a tiled floor?
Thank you! I discovered the PSU is the issue. I brought the PC to a technician who tested all components and confirmed the PSU fails under full load and during startup. It still has four years of warranty left. I’m wondering if they’ll replace it or if I should buy something else? If not, what PSU should I choose?
I still have four years of warranty remaining, wondering if they will change the unit.
If the PSU is still covered by a warranty program, contact your seller immediately and inform them. Compare your receipts to verify the warranty details on the documents, not just the packaging. Some stores may offer lower prices but reduce coverage. This might seem unusual, but it happens.

The unit comes with a five-year warranty. If you bought it last year, you have about three years left.
If not, what PSU should I consider replacing?
I’m asking this for clarity:
Where are you located? What is your budget? Any preferred purchasing locations?
But always prioritize checking the warranty first.
