PC fails to power on, after pressing the power button there is no beep and the Arous Logo does not appear.

Details.
8GB 2x Corsair RAM + 1x 16GB Corsair RAM.
RTX 3060 12gb Asus KO
Gigabyte X570 Arous Elite Rev 1.0
500GB NVME SSD + 1TB HDD
Ryzen 5 5600X
Power supply: Coolermaster MWE 650W 80+ Bronze

I cleaned the PC thoroughly, reinserted the RAM and GPU correctly.
I haven’t updated the BIOS (40d).
No changes made to the CPU settings.
Despite this, when I turn on the PC, all fans start up, the GPU lights up and the CPU cooler spins. I haven’t replaced the CPU only RAM and GPU. There are no error beeps and no motherboard lights are on. It worked fine before, there were no shorts or liquid damage. Also, pressing the power button doesn’t cause a hard shutdown.

Please help.

8GB 2x Corsair RAM + 1x 16GB Corsair RAM.
Experiment with the 2x8GB configuration in slots A2 and B2. Check if this setup improves performance. Please share a link to the RAM models you're using.
As a reminder, the time between purchasing the RAMs was how long? Examine the PCB revisions on the RAM sticks and send us an image for review.
RTX 3060 12GB Asus KO
Power Supply: Coolermaster MWE 650W 80+ Bronze
Regarding the PSU, it appears to be quite recent due to the high power demands of the RTX 3000 series. Many users have been advised to overprovision their PSU's capacity beyond just a standard unit. Consider obtaining a more robust PSU—ideally one with solid construction—to potentially resolve this issue.
Your motherboard features a Q-Flash Plus button and a rear USB port. Try updating the BIOS via this guide: https://youtu.be/7cQLYROKJ_Q
If you're using a different motherboard, the approach remains similar.

Hey thanks for the guidance, but the system was working fine before the cleaning. Also its a 3060 so 650w psu is fine and its brand. The RAM is Corsair Vengence DDR4 also the system properly reported 32gb ram it was stable too

Check the PCB revision on the ram sticks and send me an image.
I don’t understand how to do this, but it’s midnight here, so I can message you tomorrow.

You should set up hosting for your images on a platform similar to Imgur. Check out my sig space, and consider uploading images through Imgur.

I cleared all components from the PC, including the GPU, SSD, HDD, RAM, and then turned it on. No beeps or motherboard indicators appeared. The fans started spinning up and the RGB display activated. That's everything.

You cannot be sure the PSU is okay unless you can rule it out by switching to something else or using another approach.

The problem has been resolved. The main issue was the incorrect RAM, so I switched back to a single 16GB stick. Thanks to all of you for your help and time.
