PC fails to launch properly.
I powered up the PC, the fans and lights were functioning but there was no display. I attempted to resocket the GPU and RAM without success. Since my mouse and keyboard are RGB, it seems fine to assume a GPU issue isn't the main problem. Any other suggestions?

The motherboard only accepts HDMI and VGA connections. I don’t have the appropriate cable for those. I only have a display port cable. However, when I attempted to boot without the GPU, it restarted briefly as before, but my keyboard and mouse remain inactive (RGB not working).
This statement was made by someone who identified the system as a Ryzen and noted the presence of an Intel boxed cooler in the image.
What storage type do we have? SSD, HDD, or both?
If we take away the storage and attempt to boot into BIOS, what happens?
An HDMI cable is readily available. Disconnect the GPU and link the monitor to the motherboard.

Try to locate the motherboard name—it should be listed somewhere.
Once we have it, we can check the debug lights and their meanings.
They are probably near the edge covered by cables.
I use an SSD for my operating system and a HDD for storage. I believe taking it out wouldn't affect things because nothing is shown on the screen and neither my mouse nor keyboard works properly.
