PC fails to install updates repeatedly despite multiple attempts.
I own a Lenovo Ideacentre AIO 520-24AST that I haven't touched in about three years, but I'm getting back to it now. It's running Windows version 1909. I've attempted several fixes: - Performed a clean install via the settings app. - Used the Windows 10 ISO to upgrade (0xC1900101 – 0x20017, failed during SAFE_OS phase with an error during boot). - Tried booting from USB but the PC keeps looping. - Utilized the Windows 10 update assistant. - Installed an older version. - When I run Windows Update, it shows 0xc1900101. Also tried updating drivers with multiple apps.
Do you use a cloud storage solution? Simply locate a method to save your files, then restore your system after reinstalling Windows.
