I have a Ryzen 1600 with an MSI b450i gaming plus AC card. I was using it with a GTX 770, but now I'm planning to sell it after cleaning everything. When I reassembled it, video output isn't showing. USB devices function, but no video appears. My spare AMD R9 280 works fine and the motherboard displays VGA light on MSI's debug LEDs. I can't connect a speaker to hear beeps, suggesting a hardware issue. I've already reset the CMOS, updated drivers, re-seated the CPU and RAM, but the problem persists. Let me know if you need more help.
