The PC initially started working fine in BIOS. Since there was no bootable OS, I connected an SSD from an older machine. After that, the system didn’t power on at all. Even after taking out the SSD, I kept only the motherboard, CPU, and RAM, but it still powered on briefly before shutting off again. Nothing seems to fix it. I replaced the CMOS battery several times, stripped down the build, and rebuilt it without success. I also tried flashing BIOS from a USB drive.

Are there any diagnostic indicators? The system fails to start because the GPU isn't detected, specifically the 5800X model doesn't support IGPU.

It doesnt really try to boot, with or without gpu. It doesnt come to the point where it gives any debug lights before it shuts off again

I think it's probably PSU. They use superior parts in gold models.
