My build is about three months old and has been performing well. Yesterday, the PC wouldn't wake up from sleep. The motherboard had (I believe) two red lights but I wasn't sure if they were for CPU, DRAM, VGA, or BOOT. I did a hard reset, and the red lights came back on. It stayed like that for about 30-60 seconds before it booted normally and worked fine.

Mobo is an ASRock B650M Pro RS with a Ryzen 5 7600 and an XFX 6700XT GPU. Internet (via Ethernet) has been intermittent recently, but I think it's likely a bad cable or modem issue. Wi-fi has been stable around the house.

Any thoughts on what might be causing the problem or how to avoid it in the future? Thanks!

Sleep problems are likely caused by a Windows issue. Ensure the system is in good condition, updated with the latest drivers, and perform a forced restart. It's normal for BIOS and Windows to take longer to boot after such an action. Both BIOS and Windows need to recheck everything and apply necessary fixes. Ethernet connectivity may also be affected; upon waking, Windows often verifies internet access to confirm account status and look for updates.
