Hello and thank you for reaching out. I've recently encountered some problems with my new PC and feel quite uncertain about what to do.
I purchased a new PC in early January, which initially had a minor issue but has since functioned perfectly.
Yesterday, while playing games, the PC unexpectedly rebooted, making me think I lost power. When I checked, everything was fine. However, when I tried to restart it, it froze before I could press CTRL-ALT-Del. After another restart, it would take about 5 to 10 minutes before it restarted again.
I've recently installed a fresh Windows 11, but nothing seems to work properly. It's not unusual for me to play for extended periods without issues. The temperatures for the CPU and GPU appear normal based on my research. One suggestion I received was that the PCIE cable from the PSU isn't recommended.

Start by opening the Event Viewer and checking what Windows reports about the reboot or freezing. It’s much simpler to find this information right after it occurs. The key specs to focus on are the RAM size—especially if it’s a 64GB configuration split into four 16GB modules instead of two 32GB units. Based on what Event Viewer says, I’d consider adjusting the BIOS settings and reducing the frequency slightly, even if XMP is enabled. This approach can help with stability; you can also tweak the timing parameters manually. It’s a straightforward initial step to try before moving further.
