Hi, my computer is acting up suddenly. After booting up nine times, I never see a display and have to restart repeatedly until I finally reach the boot screen. Once there, I usually crash with the screen freezing, sometimes staying frozen until I power cycle several times—about five to six cycles before the display returns. I also blue-screened once, which triggered a kernel trap mode, but that only happened once. Otherwise, it either reboots immediately or stays frozen. All drivers are up to date and I tried a fresh Windows install. Please help.

When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's standard to provide detailed system specifications. List them clearly as follows:

Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the PSU age along with its make and model. Also, note the current BIOS version for your motherboard.
