I’ve been facing a recurring problem after rebuilding my PC a few months ago. My computer frequently freezes for a couple of seconds, and USB devices disconnect unexpectedly. This usually occurs while playing games like Valorant and Overwatch. I’ve tried standard fixes such as removing and reinstalling the USB driver hubs. I also checked the CPU temperature, which stayed between 45 and 50 degrees Celsius. My RAM sticks seem fine, and I thought it might be a power supply issue since I have a 750 Watt Coolermaster Gold full modular PSU. Additionally, I updated my BIOS and installed all the latest drivers for my GPU and CPU, but the issue persists. I’ve been dealing with this problem for about four months and have tried everything. I’ve searched numerous websites for solutions but haven’t found a clear answer. Anyone have any insights or suggestions? Feel free to ask questions!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's important to provide your complete system details. Please list the specifications as follows:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Please include the age of the PSU, along with its make and model. Also, let us know the BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.

Since I recently rebuilt my PC a few months ago, I've been facing an issue.
You mentioned that you rebuilt your PC, which implies an upgrade was done. If that's the case, we'll see two sets of specs—one before and one after the upgrade.

I have a 750 Watt Coolermaster Gold full modular PSU.
Coolermaster is the brand, and 750W is the advertised power rating. Gold indicates an 80+ efficiency rating. We need the model number of the unit, along with its age and what it was running before the rebuild.

I've been dealing with this problem for about four months now and have tried everything. I've searched numerous websites for a solution.
Sharing what you did will help us avoid repeating ineffective fixes.

I don't notice anything unusual, and the CPU stress test didn't trigger even at full capacity.

When trying an HDMI cable, switching to a Display Port cable or a higher-quality HDMI cable resolved the issue.
