She faces an unusual issue where her PC shuts down after a YouTube video ends, staying on fullscreen. Both Windows and the nVidia Control Panel show a sleep timer, but it’s longer than a minute. No recent changes have been made, and she mainly uses the computer for browsing, YouTube, and sometimes drawing in Photoshop. She hasn’t adjusted power-saving options or similar settings. The problem started about two days ago. No other bugs have appeared. Her system specs are an i5 6400/1060 with 3G16GB RAM on a random ITX board, possibly from Gigabyte or AsRock, running Windows 10 (maybe outdated). She’s considering an update to check if it resolves the issue.
It happens to rest after each YouTube video. The length doesn't really matter, whether it's short or long. If someone touches the mouse while watching, it could interrupt the experience.
