The Ryzen 3 3200G includes an integrated graphics unit.
It demands BIOS version F3 (for revision 1.0 board). If you haven't updated the BIOS, it's likely still at version F1.
For the 1.1 board, the 3200G is compatible with the initial FA BIOS version.
I have already emailed the store about the purchase, mentioning my belief they offer repairs and asking if they can disable that feature.
