My motherboard is a Gigabyte-AB350m-d3h. I increased my RAM's speed from 2444 to 3000MHz (raising it to 1.35v). After that, I restarted the system and ran stress tests using OCCT Linpack for an hour with no problems, followed by Prime95 for seven hours without any crashes. Then I opened the BIOS, left it unchanged, and the PC turned off briefly, then came back on and booted normally. When I tried to restart again, it worked fine. In short, only when I exited the BIOS does it beep three times before starting up.
