My computer is producing unusual sounds; I verified the fans weren't the issue since they were at full speed. The clicking becomes noticeable only after intense gaming sessions, lasting a few minutes. Assistance is needed.

This seems like a fan of mine. You can use software or bios to control the fans one by one and identify which one is responsible for the problem.
