Considering the situation, PC's power supplies are rapidly switching on and off without us noticing.
If it's still working, stick with your current mindset and avoid trying fixes—just follow Murphy's Law.
😳
But if this keeps causing trouble
A thorough check can be done by fully disconnecting it and using the paper clip jumper method to test. You won't need to take it out of its case for this.

Thank you for the idea! It's quite a soft noise, yet it bothers me a lot during the night. I plan to try it out this weekend.

I didn't have time to test the suggestions earlier, but I did today.
I unplugged the PSU and powered it back on with a paper clip jumper. There were no unusual noises.
Then I removed all parts from my PC case, gave them a thorough clean, and used the chance to reapply thermal paste to my CPU and GPU. I also managed to organize the cables inside the case and cleared out any dust. The system looks much cleaner now, though the noise remains.
I also replaced my old GTX 1030 with a new one instead of my RX 6600, and the results stayed the same.
I noticed something odd too — disconnecting all RGB devices (keyboard, mouse, and two fans) made the sound significantly quieter. For a while I thought it might stop completely, but it didn’t; it just became softer.
When I reconnected everything, the noise returned to its usual level.
It’s frustrating, especially at night. I put in a lot of effort to achieve a quiet system, but I’m sure I wouldn’t hear this sound in a regular case.
I’m not sure where the noise is coming from.

I think the sound vanishes when the PC is working hard (like playing a game such as Cyberpunk 2077). I'm not sure if it truly disappears or if the fan noises mask it, but given how the sound works, I believe it would still be noticeable through the fans.

Another update: I spoke too soon.
I reopened my PC and removed the PSU, then connected all the parts and powered it on. The sound is clearly coming from the PSU.
It's even quieter outside the case, which means the noise seems to travel through it, making it louder than expected, though it remains bothersome.
Of course, this isn't a big deal because I still want the PSU inside the case.
I'm open to any ideas. :$
