Allright, I guess I would start here Idk where I can borrow all this xD I wanted to figure it out myself, but maybe its time to take it to a repair Shop

I agree with that as well... so my recommendations are CMOS battery, PSU, GPU... in that sequence. Also, test a different power outlet. All these actions can be fairly simple to complete and are fundamental troubleshooting measures.
