ok so that's a monitor, not your tv in the video? ... that said i think an electrician should check the lines in your house, obviously something wrong there.
That's correct, it's my monitor. Two electricians visited my house and the surrounding area, checking wiring, tension, and other details I'm not familiar with. They said everything appears to be working properly, so I think the issue might be with the PC.
If the power supply is stable, follow standard checks. Minor fluctuations are common, so consider A) swapping the CMOS battery, B) updating the PSU, or C) testing with a different outlet.
Do you own a UPS? If not, install one and check if the problem continues. There appears to be some surge or fluctuation when turning on the light, which might be disrupting the HDCP system. It seems like a power issue could be causing the HDCP to react by restarting the handshake. A good UPS should help resolve this. The electricians said everything is fine, but it looks like the wiring inside might have some issues.
Occurs when any electrical device starts up—like a refrigerator’s motor, air conditioner, or desk lamp. The display turns completely black for half a second without restarting. It’s a brief flash.
I own a voltage regulator and haven’t seen any issues before. I checked all outlets and tried it in another house, but the problem persists even with small actions like inserting a USB drive. It seems the issue might be inside the computer rather than related to the power supply itself.
