Hey, I'm dealing with a problem on my PC that I'm struggling to resolve. I can play games for about 15 to 20 minutes and then it starts crashing unexpectedly (see picture). Mostly, the games I use are quite demanding on the system, such as Call of Duty, Farfry, Chivalry 2, and Fallout 76.
My setup includes:
- ASUS PROART Z690-CREATOR WIFI
- CORSAIR iCUE H150i ELITE
- Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB DDR5 5600MHz 32GB
- Intel Core i9-12900K
- Asus ROG STRIX RTX 3080 Ti OC

What I've tried so far:
- Installed Windows 10 and 11 cleanly
- Upgraded storage to an SSD M.2 (which was already an SSD)
- Replaced the thermal paste on the CPU with a Grizzly brand product
- Updated the BIOS
- Tested both XMP enabled and disabled settings
- Switched the GPU from 3080 to 3080Ti OC

It seems the VRAM is likely insufficient, probably due to a hot GPU. This also makes sense because it occurs after 15-20 minutes, as the GPU needs time to warm up. Check your temperatures using HWinfo64 in Sensors mode.

Also test the 1080p Extreme setting, as it puts the most strain on the GPU. However, for 8K optimization, GPU temperatures are acceptable at the moment.
