Hi there. I recently received an extra 16GB or more RAM, bringing the total to 32GB (not sure why). After installing the dims, my PC wouldn’t boot. My monitors still indicated a connection was present. This is quite confusing. To resolve it, I reset my components by removing the battery from the motherboard to clear the BIOS. That fixed the problem. I then enabled XMP/ memory OC in BIOS and restarted my PC—same issue occurred. It doesn’t appear on the screen. I’m okay with running at a lower memory speed, but I’d like to boost performance. Anyone have suggestions? Hardware details: CPU Ryzen 9 5900X, 4x8GB RAM, Coorsar motherboard, MSI B550, gaming build. No other components seem relevant.

Think it's true. Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3600MHz 2x16GB RAM. I own two of them.
